Growing up in Liguria, mimosa was everywhere.
My grandaunt used to grow mimosa and sell it to florists. I still remember stepping into her small laboratory, filled with delicate yellow blossoms, their soft, powdery scent lingering in the air.
It’s a memory that never left me.
Today, whenever I light the Sanremo scented candle, I can close my eyes and return to that place, to those quiet moments of childhood, surrounded by flowers, warmth, and simplicity.
